Winter night (panorama)

The view on the sea-front of Vladivostok during January night. Not many people around, and those who are get wiped out by long exposure of 20 seconds per frame. The well lit building is the cinema. The stairs come down to the city beach.

Seoul is one of the frequent directions I fly on my way to US, so I know what you mean. The city is indeed vibrant and it has some nice prospects.
